I had to start being aware of what I ate, what I’m planning to eat and take my twice-daily medication accordingly. That’s not so difficult now, but when you’re 10 years old, it’s tough, let me tell you.

This really feels like a commercial piece of equipment. And the addition of a motorized incline to add to the resistance levels, really provides for a custom workout. My only gripe (minor) is the somewhat complex display console – some of the buttons aren’t as intuitive as I would like. I’m sure this will be easier once I start using it on a regular basis. I probably won’t use the MP3/headset/speaker feature since I have a flat screen TV and speakers connected to my home entertainment system wired to my gym in the basement.
